First, I would like to state:All the essences are created in a co-creative process with Nature.
All the gardens where the flowers grow are created and maintained in a co-creative working relationship with Nature or are growing in the wild.
So, what does "co-creative" mean? It simply means consciously working in partnership with the Earth, the Nature Intelligences, and all the Nature Kingdoms....the Plant Kingdom, the Insect Kingdom, the Animal Kingdom, the Mineral Kingdom.
I started making flower essences the traditional way in 1990. My understanding of the traditional way is to consciously connect to the Overlighting Deva of Flower Essences and to the Overlighting Deva of the flower of which you wish to make an essence. Both Devas will guide you to the particular plant, the particular blossoms, and the proper time to make your essence. The blossoms are then carefully removed with sterile tweezers so that the vibration of the flower remains true to itself.
The blossoms are gently placed in a clear glass bowl of distilled water and set in the sun for the required time. When all is prepared, you make your request to both Devas to potenize the water with the healing and balancing gifts they wish to impart. When the process has been completed.....usually within 4-5 hours......you pour the essence into sterile bottles and add the required amount of brandy to preserve the integrity of the essences. This is the process I began with and would have been happy to continue.....but Pan, The Angel of Nature, had other plans.Pan strongly encouraged me to give a great amount of thought to the creation of essences in pure water. Not only created in pure water, but preserved in pure water and delivered in dosage bottles still in pure water. I, of course, was reluctant because I did not have a clue how I was to accomplish this. When I was finally was ready to listen, it all came together quite easily and made perfect sense. Pan guided me to a
beautiful quartz crystal that would potenize the distilled water to hold the integrity of essences. I was to first potenize the water with the crystal before beginning to make the essence. When the water was ready, Pan had me dramatically alter my usual procedure. First, I was to
pour the charged water into a sterile, clear glass container with a glass top. I would no longer be removing blossoms to make the essences. Pan was aware of my newly discovered awareness of Plant Spirits. Next, after consciously connecting to the Overlighting Deva of Flower Essences, the Overlighting Deva of the plant I was to make an essence of, and the Plant Spirit of that particular plant, I was to ask all what gems or crystals were required to facilitate the transfer of energy from plant to prepared water. I always seemed to have the requested gems and crystals available and often the same ones were used for many of the essences. After securing the requested crystals, the container of water was placed in a chosen spot either near the plant or touching the plant. The gems or crystals also had their chosen positions around the container of water. When all was in proper position, I made my usual request for the water to be potenized with the healing and balancing gifts that were being offered. When the process was complete, I poured the essences directly into my sterile mother essence bottles.I made three different flower essences in this manner and kept them
in my essence cabinet for three years........waiting for them to grow strange and unusual pieces of organic matter. They never have. I must say, Pan has been extremely patient and compassionate.Now, finally, I am offering all my essences in 100% pure water.
